Buying the best Mobile under your price range is certainly an important thing because you won't be able to exchange the mobile. Under 10000 price range, there is a wide range of mobiles available in India in which we have filtered the best 10 mobiles according to the specifications and the reviews of top reviewers in India. Here comes the list of best mobiles:-

1.REDMI NOTE 7S

                         Lives up to its promise

There is no denying that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7s is a capable device and the starting price of Rs.9999/- makes the whole package more attractive. It has a mid-range processor,48MP camera, long-lasting battery, all elements to make sure that you don't face any issues in everyday usage. The phone also looks pretty neat at the same time. These specs secure Redmi Note 7S' position as a major player in the sub-Rs 10,000 smartphone bracket, which is quite difficult to make an impact on these days.
However, with Xiaomi providing overlapping specs at a difference of Rs 1,000. Redmi Note 7, Note 7 Pro, the smartphone faces tough competition in-house. Those planning to buy a higher a variant of Redmi Note 7S, which offers 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage at 12,999, should rather opt for the same storage variant of Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro that costs only Rs.1,000 extra but offers a better a camera sensor of 48MP lens and a more capable processor.

You will surely get your money's worth with Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S, but be warned that MIUI ads and the inability to remove Xiaomi apps get annoying at times.

SPECIFICATIONS:

The Redmi Note 7S is a budget smartphone from Xiaomi that sits between its Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro. Xiaomi has kept the design identical, hence it is hard to distinguish between these three smartphones. The Redmi Note 7S has a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection. We liked that the display had good viewing angles and was bright enough to be legible when outdoors.

Xiaomi has opted for a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC to power the Redmi Note 7S and it does deliver a lag-free experience. Our unit had 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, a lower variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage is also available at a lower price.
Just like other Xiaomi smartphones, this too runs on MIUI. Our unit was running MIUI 10.3 on top of Android 9.0. There are a few customizations that are useful but we also encountered spammy notifications. The camera setup is different compared to the Redmi Note 7 as it gets a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, it has a 13-megapixel selfie shooter. Overall, the Redmi Note 7S offers good camera performance.
Xiaomi has managed to pack in a 4,000mAh battery in the Redmi Note 7S which offers good battery life. The Redmi Note 7S is a good smartphone but you can consider the Redmi Note 7 and the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 as direct alternatives. If you don't mind spending a little extra, you can consider the Redmi Note 7 Pro.

2.REALME 5

3.REDMI NOTE 7

   REVIEW

With a starting price of Rs. 9,999, the base variant of the Redmi Note 7, which we haven't tested seems like a no-brainer. You get a good looking phone with the excellent build quality, a good display, a decent set of cameras, solid app performance, and day-long battery life. If you're someone who uses two SIMs and a microSD card, then this is not the phone for you, as the Redmi Note 7 has a hybrid dual-SIM slot.
You might want to consider the base variant of the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 instead, which is currently selling at just under Rs. 10,000 online. A few other annoyances with the Redmi Note 7 include its preinstalled bloatware, average low-light camera performance, and the fact that Xiaomi still doesn't bundle a fast charger in the box.
The higher-priced 4GB RAM version of the Redmi Note 7, which we tested, is a good pick at Rs. 11,999. However, if you're looking for camera performance then we think you'd be happier with the Realme 2 pro.

There are plenty of good and powerful smartphones in India that cost less than Rs. 10,000 and the Redmi Note 7 is certainly one of them.

 SPECIFICATIONS
The Redmi Note 7 features a glass front and back with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both sides. The phone feels incredibly premium, especially for its starting price of Rs. 9,999. The 6.3-inch LCD display produces decent colors and the brightness level is also very good.
The Redmi Note 7 has a dewdrop notch, a notification LED in the chin and a hybrid SIM slot. It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC which offers very good app and gaming performance. MIUI 10 still spams you with a lot of ads and promotions but you can disable most of them.
The rear 12-megapixel camera on the Redmi Note 7 captures usable daylight shots but the AI can make colors look unnatural. Low-light camera performance isn’t stellar and so is the video recording, but the selfie camera shoots decent images.
The 4000mAh battery on the Redmi Note 7 will last you a full day on a single charge and there’s fast-charging support too, however that charger doesn’t come bundled in the box.
